Hillsboro issues solar permits fast, in writing
The city of Hillsboro publishes a Residential Checklist for Solar Panel Installation. It says both a building permit and an electrical permit are required, that submittals go in by email to the Development and Permit Center, and that submittals are received and issued within the same day. Same-day issue depends on a complete application, so ours are complete before they are sent.
