Power that stays on in Mount Angel

A home battery keeps the lights, the fridge, and the internet running in Mount Angel when the grid goes down, and it switches on by itself. Think of it as a second power source that is always topped up. Our licensed electricians install it, tie it into your panel, and pull the permit.

What most Mount Angel homeowners keep running

Food storage: fridge and freezer keep running.
Home office: internet, computers, and phone chargers.
Lighting and security: lights, alarms, and select heating or cooling.
Medical devices: CPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, and anything that cannot lose power.

We decide the protected circuits together, based on the battery size and your panel, at the free consultation.

Three battery brands, one install team

In Mount Angel, we install Enphase, Sigenergy, and FranklinWH batteries and help you pick between them.

Enphase

If you want to start small and add later, the modular Enphase battery, which uses LFP chemistry, is built for that. You monitor it in the Enphase app, and it fits well with an existing Enphase solar system.

Sigenergy and FranklinWH

Already have solar in Mount Angel? Sigenergy and FranklinWH batteries can be added to an existing system without replacing it. In a long outage, both can be topped up from a 240 volt portable generator.

If a generator is on your list too, compare it with our whole-house generator option.

With solar or without

For a Mount Angel home, you do not need solar to have a battery. A battery can charge from the grid or from solar, and we set it up either way.

With solar on the roof, extra daytime power can be stored rather than sent out to the grid.

We also service solar systems we did not install, including orphaned ones. Start with our solar service page.

What the install looks like

The path to backup power in Mount Angel is four steps: design, paperwork and permit, installation, and turn-on.

Consultation and design: we look at your goals, your panel, and any solar, then design the system.
Permitting and paperwork: we file the permit and any incentive paperwork, and we check every incentive that may apply.
Installation: licensed electricians on our own team mount and wire the battery.
Activation and support: we turn it on, show you the app, and stay reachable after the job.

The work needs an Oregon permit. We file it for you.
