"It's the day before Independence Day and every company we called was either closed or couldn't get anyone to come out until Monday... We called Energy Solutions and Sean was at our house in an hour to save the day!"

Stephanie SmithJuly 2026 | Google review

"We were first introduced to Energy Solutions in May of 2020 when we decided to install solar panels... in August 2025 we decided it was time to upgrade our electrical panel... they were able to come out same day and give us a quote."

Questions we hear a lot.

Do you do electrical work without solar?

Yes. We are licensed electricians. We do panel changes, service upgrades, generators, and EV chargers on any home.

Do I need solar panels to get a battery?

No. A battery can charge from the grid or from solar. We set up either way.

Will removing and reinstalling my panels void my warranty?

No. We follow the manufacturer's rules to take panels off and put them back.

Does insurance cover solar removal and reinstall?

A normal re-roof usually is not covered, but a storm claim might be. We give you a written estimate for your adjuster.

Why is my insurance company requiring a panel upgrade?

Some older panel brands, like FPE and Zinsco, are a known fire risk. Insurers flag them. A panel upgrade fixes it.

Do I need a panel upgrade to install an EV charger?

Sometimes. Older panels may not have capacity. We check your panel during the free quote.

Do I need a permit for a backup generator in Oregon?

Yes. We pull the permit for you.

What incentives are available?

Energy Trust of Oregon and state programs may apply. The federal homeowner credit has ended; business credits may still apply. We check every one for you.
